Anita’s background uniquely blends real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship. After studying Business Administration at San Diego State University, she founded San Diego Health Alliance in 1994, where she acquired and managed multiple residential care facilities, overseeing operations, growth, and long-term asset performance. Through this experience, she developed a specialized niche in residential care home facilities, both as an owner-operator and as a real estate professional representing clients in the acquisition and sale of these properties.

She later partnered in Designer Showcase Properties, a staging company that helped elevate property presentation and accelerate sales for agents across San Diego.

Originally from England, Anita relocated to California in 1979 and has called La Jolla home for over 25 years. Her deep-rooted knowledge of the local market, combined with a 40+ year perspective on San Diego’s evolution, allows her to guide clients with both precision and foresight.

Today, Anita works alongside her son, Shaun Reynolds, as part of The Reynolds Group, combining her decades of experience with a modern, next-generation approach to real estate. Her younger son, Nicholas, is currently attending San Diego State University.

Anita and her husband, Michael—CFO of Catholic Charities—have long been active members of the community. Michael has been involved with La Jolla High School, and together they have supported organizations such as Voices for Children and the La Jolla Playhouse. Anita is also a member of the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and is passionate about playing pickleball.

As a member of The Reynolds Group, Shaun partners with his mother, Anita Reynolds, combining her extensive experience in the San Diego market with his modern, data-driven approach. Together, they provide a balanced perspective that blends proven expertise with innovative marketing and technology.

Shaun studied business and finance at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and brings an analytical approach to every transaction. He works closely with clients to evaluate not only the home itself, but its long-term value, whether as a primary residence, income-producing property, or opportunity for added value such as an ADU.

With a strong focus on client service, Shaun is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the fast-moving San Diego market. He plays a key role in the team’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring listings receive maximum exposure and buyers gain access to strong opportunities.
